Premium Content Ecosystem The Viyya premium content ecosystem is composed of five main components: 1. Digital content repositories 2. Content delivery platform 3. Distribution channels and partners 4. Internet-capable devices 5. Personalized Ad Targeting Each component is valuable to the proliferation of the magazine publishers' digital content. However, the real source of value comes from the combination of all components into an ecosystem driven by standards developed through collaboration by a consortium of magazine publishers. We believe that these components, when integrated and run as an industry-wide platform provides the following benefits to magazine publishers: Allows for new and innovative methods for digital revenue generation; Increases average revenue per subscriber by offering add-on articles, day passes, event subscriptions, etc. Establishes digital rights management (DRM) throughout the users of the platform; Provides a publisher with ubiquitous content delivery on multiple Internet-enabled device platforms; Establishes new, unique subscriber viewing experiences with specialized graphical user interfaces (eReaders, Viewers, etc.) with enhanced graphics such as drop shadows, spin, bounce, 3D animation and HD video; Builds multiple paths and channels for magazine content distribution; Establishes technical standards for the extraction, exchange and dissemination of published content; and Allows sharing of content across all social network (with restrictions) The ecosystem is depicted in the following diagram:
