VIYYA™ Technologies Kicks Off Online Shareholder Meeting Series - Company Explains the Changed Internet Marketand Company's Unique Position for Revenues

FAIRFIELD, NJ, August 19, 2008-Viyya Technologies Inc., (Pink Sheets:VYON.PK - News), the developer and marketer of the world's most advanced, web-based information management application, announced today plans for an online shareholder meeting webinar in which management presents and demonstrates the VIYYA™ application and describes Viyya's strategies, technology, markets and revenues.

After a very successful first shareholder session on Saturday August 16, the format developed in that webinar will be used for the next scheduled webinar on Saturday August 30, at 11:00 a.m. EDT.

Because of its widespread shareholder base, the August 30th meeting will include shareholders in the Eastern Time Zone on a pre-scheduled basis for the first 50 shareholders that schedule participation by emailing Joe Forese at jforese@viyya.com. Additional webinars will be scheduled as needed for shareholders. It is management's intent to schedule various times and dates to accommodate regions and other time zones.

Viyya's purpose for the sessions is to communicate with all shareholders on the strategies and progress of the company. With the rapidly-changing Internet environment, it is imperative that shareholders understand new terminology and the difference between simply "getting information" to "Mastering of Information".
